Dakota Energy Cooperative is sponsoring two high school juniors or seniors from our service area, which includes Beadle, Hand, and Hyde Counties, for the Rural Electric Youth Tour. This is an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C., from June 14-20, 2026.

Who can apply?
Any junior or senior student whose parents are members of Dakota Energy Cooperative or who attend a public, private, or home school and live in Beadle, Hand, or Hyde Counties is eligible to participate. 

How do I apply?
Apply and all required attachments by December 1, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
