Want to pay the same amount each month?
The Budget Billing program is based on the previous year’s average kilowatt usage and will be reevaluated every six months. In the event the monthly budget amount is adjusted, members will receive notice of their new Budget Billing amount in June.
Payment of the monthly budget amount is required by the due date on your monthly billing statement. Failure to pay the budget amount may result in penalties, termination of service and/or removal from the Budget Billing program.
If you do not want to register as a user with SMARTHub, but still want to pay your bill online, Pay Now gives you this option. You need to have your account number available and your Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

For a hassle-free, no-fee method of payment, sign up for Automated Bill Pay (ACH). Payment is automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
You can pay your bill by simply calling our toll-free service. You will need your monthly bill available. Call 1-844-829-1959 to pay your bill with a debit or credit card.
Member-consumers may drop off their payment in the Cooperative’s drop box at any time of day or payments can be made in person during office hours at the offices in Huron or Miller. Office hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
