2023 Annual Meeting

Dakota Energy held its 2023 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, August 29th at Dakota Energy’s Huron and Miller offices and Highmore City Auditorium. A total of 569 members attended either in-person or drive-through.
Brian Baum, Brian Bonebright and Doug Schaefers were elected as new directors for a three-year term.
The members also voted to approve a bylaw amendment to require a vote of the membership before changing wholesale power providers.
